True Fitness exercise classes are total body workouts tailored towards all levels of fitness, from beginner to advanced — every body fits!


BARRE

Barre uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Our classes also incorporate light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work.


FITNESS BOXING I

Fitness Boxing I inspires clients to perform blazing multi-punch combinations in rapid-fire sequences combined with intervals of jump rope and upper/lower body toning drills – think of it as interval cardio. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core and burn hundreds of calories. Our classes lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you’ll deliver jab, cross, hook and uppercut combinations, working your entire body on our 100-pound heavy bags.


FITNESS BOXING II

Fitness Boxing II is a is a car­dio-box­ing workout with pads and gloves, plus a cir­cuit of alternating exercise stations designed to improve your strength and fit­ness. This workout alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest. We’re talking fat-burning, muscle-building, lung-busting 25-40 minute workouts. Lots of fun and a good stress relief.


HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)

HIIT is a workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest. We’re talking fat-burning, muscle-building, lung-busting 20- to 45-minute workouts that experts agree can be more effective than your traditional hour-long cardio or weight-lifting session. You’ll be addicted to the results. Our classes build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle, and maximizing calorie burn.


KETTLEBELL

The kettlebell doesn’t look like much – it’s just a cast-iron ball with a handle – but the asymmetrical displacement of the weight (as opposed to the symmetrical balance of a dumbbell) provides a unique stimulus that will take your training to new levels. Kettlebell workouts also strengthen the tendons and ligaments, making the joints tougher and less susceptible to injury. Our classes help you sculpt and tone your muscles, build endurance, and shed body fat.


NEXT-LEVEL TRAINING

Next Level is a fitness regimen that employs functional full body movements at high intensity. These movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and other core movements of life. Our class is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience.


PILATES

Pilates is a system of exercises using a special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Through Pilates’s unique system of movement, which focuses on breath, healthy joint articulation and stability in the core, you’ll build strength, flexibility and tone. Our classes improve mental and physical well-being, increase flexibility, and lengthen and strengthen muscles without bulk.


YOGA

Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. Experience therapeutic, strengthening yoga classes for increased balance, flexibility, and posture. Get in tune with your breath, body, and their connection with your mind and spirit. Our classes are challenging and enjoyable for all levels from beginner to advanced practitioner.


YOUTH BOXING & FITNESS

Youth Boxing & Fitness class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques such as; stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook. It increases strength and improves endurance. Youth Boxing class will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises. These skills will give kids self-defense tools as well as self-confidence while keeping them physically fit. The 100 lb. heavy bags are the primary focus of the class.


ZUMBA

Zumba is a global lifestyle and workout brand that incorporates Latin music and rhythms, high intensity cardio dance movements, and turns your group exercise class into a “fitness party.” Zumba delivers a wealth of health benefits including weight loss, toning, increased bone density, enhanced stamina and balance. Our classes incorporate easy to follow choreography that makes your fitness training seem more like a night out than a workout.
